Greetings Nobles,

I know we are all very busy with our summer activities, so I thought I had better get out a little communication.  As I write this, I am headed out to the Imperial Shrine Session in Daytona Beach.  As always, it should be a great time.

I will be flying back to Billings for the festivities surrounding the Annual East West Shrine Football Game July 14th and 15th.  I hope you have all made plans to attend.  We will try to get together as a Divan while we are in Billings.  By doing that, THERE WILL BE NO MEETING IN HELENA JULY 18TH.  As well, we will not meet in August.  I will have Larry Vervick send out the monthly statements so that everyone is informed on the business of the Temple.

The September meeting once again will be held away from Helena – to be scheduled in conjunction with the September Ceremonial in Belgrade September 15 and 16.  Please spread the word.  I will soon email registration forms as well as posting the form on the Algeria web site.

CLUBS & UNITS:  Please remind your nobles on recruiting new members for this ceremonial. We are planning a fun time for all and it should be a Huge Parade!

On other news:  About a month ago, 1st Ceremonial Master Dennis McSweeney resigned his position due to personal reasons.  I have always enjoyed being around Dennis and he will be missed; but I wish him the best with his future endeavors.  I have appointed Bernd Hoffmann to assume the office of 1st Ceremonial Master for the remainder of the year.  Bernd has been a loyal member of the Finance Committee for some time.  He has a very good understanding of the operations of the Temple and will be a great asset to the Divan.  I’m also pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Allen as Outer Guard for Algeria Temple.  I have personally known Mike for well over 30 years.  Mike has been handling the Insurance needs for our Temple for several years, so it is nice to have yet another noble with a great deal of knowledge joining the Divan.

Well, that's about it for this time.  Looking forward to seeing you all in Billings !
